  • Minimum Stay:  Seven (7) days per local vacation rental ordinance set by the City of Holmes Beach

  • Turnover Days:  We are a Saturday to Saturday rental.  Please contact us if you have any questions

  • Minimum Age:  Renter must be 25 years or older, proof of identity and age is required

  • Payment Terms: A credit card is required for each profile, regardless of final payment method

  • Active Local Code Enforcement: Renters must adhere to the City of Holmes Beach vacation rental ordinances,​
